Al Miller, Singer / songwriter / guitarist, winner of the 1991 Cher CHEZ contest , Molson home grown contest semi-finalist and true student of the Reggae musical art form heads up Miller's Groove. A noted and respected member of the Ottawa music scene Al's versatility spans Rock, Blues and R&B but in his heart beats a Reggae pulse.

AL Miller has opened for such noted bands as The Valerie Capers Trio from New York, the Jamaican band Yellowman, The Band, and Lorain Clawson among others. He played on the same bill as Bruce Cockburn at the Tulip Festival in 1993. Al Miller has made several TV appearances on the CJOH Children's Miracle NETWORK TELETHON, a special on City TV, the CJOH show Mid-Day several times and was featured at the Ottawa "REMEMBER BOB MARLEY" shows held at Barrymore's.
